Shipping policy

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.

When it goes out

Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time usually leave the same business day. Anything after that, or at a weekend, goes out the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it is on its way.

How long it takes

USPS Ground Advantage, which is typically two to five business days depending on how far it has to travel. That is the carrier's estimate rather than a guarantee, and it can stretch around public holidays and bad weather.

Where we ship

The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the US and want one, email hello@lyfemade.com and tell us where you are, because that is how we decide where to open up next.

If it does not arrive

If tracking has not moved in five business days, or it says delivered and it is not there, email us. We will chase the carrier, and if it is genuinely lost we will send another one. You should not have to argue with a shipping company on our behalf.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will fix it if it has not shipped. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once at no cost.
