These terms cover your use of lyfemade.com and anything you buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. If we cannot fulfil an order, or we have priced something wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than quietly substitute something else.

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax until it is calculated at checkout where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.

The products

We photograph and describe everything as accurately as we can. Colour varies a little between screens, and because our products are made in small batches there can be slight variation between units. That is normal and is not a defect.

Use our products for what they are for. Our care instructions tell you what is safe, and following them is your side of the deal.

Covered in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

You do not need one to order. If you make one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Our content

The designs, photography, text and branding on this site belong to Lyfe Made. You are welcome to share and link to them. You are not welcome to copy them to sell something of your own.

Liability

We stand behind what we make. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send you marketing messages about new products, restocks and the occasional offer. Here is exactly what that means.

Joining is optional. You never have to agree to texts to buy anything from us, and saying no changes nothing about your order.
Message frequency varies. Expect no more than a handful a month.
Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Reply STOP to leave. Send STOP to any message and we will send one confirmation and nothing after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will never sell or rent your mobile number, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Your consent covers Lyfe Made only. It does not carry over to any other company, and agreeing to order and shipping updates is not the same as agreeing to marketing texts. We keep a record of when you agreed and how.
